Returns
Please send any returns to Rollasole at 330 E. Warm Springs Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89119.
In order for items to be refunded they must be received in original condition (i.e. unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging) with either the dispatch note or your name, order number, address and contact details.
If you d like to exchange an item, we kindly ask you place another order and return the original item. This is to ensure the item you d like is in stock, as availability can change quickly.
Please note it is very important that when you return an item we know who the return relates to, so please ensure you enclose the completed returns form, dispatch note or your name, order number, address and contact details. Without this information we won t be able to identify which customer has sent the return and take the appropriate action.
Any refund will automatically be credited to the card or PayPal account used to make the original payment within 5 working days of receipt of the return.
All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back.
Any return not complying with these terms will be rejected. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
